Our Office

In the heart of Cologne-Ehrenfeld ...Our office is located in the beautiful Leitradlofts right in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. Besides our open space area with an open kitchen, you will find our own conference room where we regularly hold meetings, internal trainings, and seminars. We love not only developing new strategies for our clients here but also wielding the wooden spoon to create delicious treats for our shared lunch breaks.

How do we get to know each other?

Step 1: First "get-to-know": You have a roughly 30-minute video call with Stephan or Joelina. We get to know you—and you get to know us.
Step 2: We get to know each other better: You come to our office or we do a second video call. Here we get to know each other even better. If your first call was with Joelina, now you meet Stephan—or vice versa.
Step 3: Show us what you can do: During the second call or a trial workday, we want to understand what you can do. You receive a few tasks from our daily agency life and we work through them together.
Step 4: Get to know us better: By this point, we should meet in person and get to know each other properly. You’ll have the opportunity to meet your future colleagues—and if everyone says “yes,” it might be the beginning of something big.

Stephan Bruns
Stephan Bruns is a serial founder. After the successful exit of his online portal for hyperlocal news, he started selling his own products on Amazon. Amazon has been his passion ever since. In 2018, he founded the Amazon agency REVOIC. As Managing Director, Stephan specializes in implementing hybrid Vendor & Seller models on Amazon. Alongside his work as a speaker and coach, he advises retailers and vendors on Amazon strategy, Amazon marketing, Amazon brokerage, Amazon SEO, and Amazon logistics.

He has written two bestselling professional books: Amazon Advertising: Increasing Sales and Visibility and Amazon Marketplace: The Handbook for Manufacturers and Retailers.

Daniela Heinrich
Dani works as a Senior Growth Manager in content and advertising. She loves creative copywriting and has a real talent for polishing up even the most boring product content. Dani is also a total series addict - and rumor has it there is some fan fiction by her out there somewhere. She still has not told us where (any useful tips are welcome). Dani used to live in Dusseldorf, but we successfully convinced her to move to Cologne!
