Our Office

In the heart of Cologne-Ehrenfeld ...Our office is located in the beautiful Leitradlofts right in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. Besides our open space area with an open kitchen, you will find our own conference room where we regularly hold meetings, internal trainings, and seminars. We love not only developing new strategies for our clients here but also wielding the wooden spoon to create delicious treats for our shared lunch breaks.

How do we get to know each other?

Step 1: Initial "Getting to know you": You have a ~30-minute video call with Stephan or Joelina. Here we get to know you and you get to know us.
Step 2: We get to know each other better: You come to our office or we do a second video call. Here we get to know each other better. If your first call was with Joelina, now you meet Stephan, or vice versa.
Step 3: Show us what you can do: During the second call or a trial workday, we want to assess your skills. You will get some tasks from our agency’s daily work and we will work through them together.
Step 4: Get to know us better: By now, we should meet in person and get to know each other better. You will have the opportunity to meet your future colleagues. If everyone says 'Yes,' this might be the start of something great.

Stephan Bruns
Stephan Bruns is a multiple company founder. After the successful exit of his online portal for hyperlocal news, he started selling his own products on Amazon. Amazon has been his passion ever since. In 2018, he founded the Amazon agency REVOIC. As its Managing Director, Stephan Bruns specializes in the implementation of hybrid vendor & seller models on Amazon. In addition to his work as a speaker and coach, he advises retailers and vendors on Amazon strategy, Amazon marketing, Amazon brokers, Amazon SEO and Amazon logistics.

He has written two bestselling books: Amazon Advertising: Increasing Sales and Visibility and Amazon Marketplace: The Handbook for Manufacturers and Retailers.

Joelina Dietrich
Joelina manages sellers and vendors in all Amazon matters. From content optimization and product setup in Vendor or Seller Central to Amazon Advertising - she keeps multiple balls in the air and never loses track. Joey lives with several kangaroos on the wrong side of the Rhine and is our absolute ray of sunshine! We especially enjoy when she brings her dog Daya to the office.
