Why established brands choose the broker model

Many brands face a structural dilemma in 2026: the vendor model delivers reach but little price control. Your own seller account gives control but costs operational capacity that is often not available internally.

The REVOIC broker model resolves this dilemma. You keep strategic control over assortment, prices, and brand presence — REVOIC handles day-to-day operations in an exclusive seller account dedicated solely to your brand.

Price control & margin protection

Active management of pricing and market price stability. No uncontrolled price matching by Amazon.

Assortment control

Independent launch of new products, bundles, and exclusive items — without dependence on Amazon order algorithms and PO logic.

Risk reduction

Less dependence on Amazon terms. No CRAP-out risk for items you control yourself.

Data access

Full insight into sales, traffic, and advertising data via Seller Central — in real time, not as a monthly vendor report.

Two contract models — aligned with your compliance requirements

Towards end customers, REVOIC acts as the official seller. For commercial processing we offer two models — depending on your internal accounting and compliance structures.

Option A: Commission model (open-book)

You provide goods to us on commission. Goods remain your property until sale. After sale and shipment, settlement is transparent: Amazon costs, logistics, advertising, and REVOIC commission are itemized separately.

Suitable for: brands that want maximum cost transparency and control over margin.

Option B: Direct purchase

REVOIC purchases goods directly from you. Payment terms depend on actual sales on Amazon. Goods are stored with the appointed logistics provider; settlement follows successful transaction.

Suitable for: brands that prefer a classic B2B supply relationship and do not want to map a commission structure internally.

Maximum transparency through exclusive seller accounts

Classic distributors bundle brand products in pooled accounts. You see no sales figures, no traffic data, no advertising costs. REVOIC works exclusively with dedicated setups.

Is a broker setup hard to map internally?

Some corporate structures require a classic B2B setup without commission logic. If you are looking for a partner who purchases your goods, takes on full marketplace risk, and runs your Amazon business as a wholesaler, the REVOIC distribution model is the right choice.

Brands such as Ritter Sport and Nature Valley (General Mills) trust REVOIC here as their exclusive distributor — with pan-European sales via PAN-EU 10.

Established brands trust REVOIC

For SEVERIN we implemented a hybrid broker model on Amazon. As an established vendor, SEVERIN uses REVOIC infrastructure to fulfill selected assortments via merchant fulfillment (direct-to-consumer) — with full inventory control and maximum flexibility in the logistics chain.

Result: price control on critical assortments, direct data access, no need to build internal seller structures.

The decision to start with REVOIC in the broker model was a strategic step to take our Amazon presence to the next level. Right from onboarding it was clear we were working with true professionals: the team understands the complex mechanics of the marketplace and acts proactively and solution-oriented.

Frequently asked questions about the Amazon broker model

What is an Amazon broker and how does it differ from an Amazon agency?

An Amazon broker operates as a seller on Amazon — using its own seller account and handling listing, logistics, advertising, and settlement. A classic Amazon agency advises and optimizes the manufacturer's account but does not act as a seller itself. The key difference: with a broker, operational responsibility lies with the service provider, not the manufacturer.

When does a broker model make sense for our brand?

A broker model makes sense when you want price control and assortment flexibility on Amazon but cannot or do not want to build your own seller structures. It is especially valuable for vendors who want to manage CRAP items, new products, bundles, or long-tail assortments outside the vendor model — without immediately running your own seller account.

Do we keep control over prices and assortment?

Yes. In the REVOIC broker model you keep strategic control over prices, assortment, and brand presence. REVOIC handles operational execution — but pricing strategy and assortment decisions remain with you.

What happens to the seller account if we end the partnership?

The seller account is set up exclusively for your brand. When the partnership ends, you can take over the account for a contractually defined transfer fee. You do not lose rankings, sales history, or built-up reviews.

What is the difference between the broker model and REVOIC's distribution model?

In the broker model, goods remain your property until sale (commission) or are purchased on flexible payment terms — you keep price control and data access. In the distribution model, REVOIC buys goods at fixed B2B terms, takes on full sales and inventory risk, and controls end-customer pricing independently. Which model fits depends on your compliance requirements, margin strategy, and desired level of control.

Can we integrate our own teams or agencies into the broker account?

Yes. REVOIC grants your internal teams or existing service providers (e.g. PPC agencies) the necessary access to the seller account. The model is modular — you decide which areas REVOIC handles and where you use your own resources.

Which markets does the broker model cover?

REVOIC can set up the broker model for all relevant European Amazon marketplaces — including the pan-European shipping network (PAN-EU 10). Which markets make sense is clarified in the profitability analysis.

How transparent is settlement?

Fully transparent. In the open-book model you receive a monthly detailed breakdown of all costs: FBA fees, Amazon commissions, advertising costs, logistics expenses, and REVOIC commission. No lump sums, no black box.
