Contract models to meet your compliance requirements

Towards the end customer, REVOIC acts as the official seller. To integrate us seamlessly into existing accounting and compliance processes, we offer the broker model in two contractual variants:

Option A: The commission model (open-book)

Products to be sold are made available to us on commission. The goods are stored by an appointed logistics provider (e.g. Amazon) until sale. After sale and shipment to the customer, the transaction is settled transparently.

Option B: Direct purchase

Alternatively, we purchase the products to be sold directly from the client. Payment terms depend on actual sales on Amazon. Here too, the goods are stored with the appointed logistics provider and settlement takes place after the successful transaction via Amazon.

Maximum transparency through exclusive seller accounts

Unlike classic distributors who often bundle products in opaque pooled accounts, we work exclusively with exclusive setups.

Is a broker setup hard to map internally?

Even though we offer direct purchase with flexible payment terms (Option B), some corporate structures require a purely classic B2B setup.
