Model ComparisonThere are different ways to sell successfully on Amazon. Together with you, we examine which model fits your company, your processes, and your individual goals best.

Vendor

As an Amazon Vendor, you sell your products directly to Amazon, which then resells them under its own name. Amazon handles warehousing, shipping, and customer service, and you receive a lump sum payment or the purchase price for the goods.

Seller

As an Amazon Seller, you sell your products directly to end customers via the Amazon platform. You are responsible for pricing, warehousing (FBA or FBM), and shipping, using Amazon as a marketplace.

Hybrid

A hybrid model on Amazon uses both Vendor Central and Seller Central. Companies sell products directly to Amazon and also to end customers via the platform, increasing reach and flexibility and benefiting from seller advantages while also selling as a vendor.

Broker
