If that appeals to you, read on. We are looking for an Amazon Account Manager / E-Commerce Consultant (m/f/d) in full-time employment for our team in Cologne-Ehrenfeld at the earliest opportunity.

Your responsibilities:

You manage your own seller and vendor accounts and act as the main point of contact for everything related to Vendor and Seller Central
Together with our content creators, you coordinate product copy and A+ content to increase discoverability and conversion across all marketplaces
You prepare regular reports with measured and analyzed KPIs and present them to your clients
You work within the team, gradually take on more responsibility for your own clients, and guide projects from kickoff through implementation to completion
You actively use AI tools – for analysis, automation, and to solve things more cleverly
You create data-driven reports for our clients (Google Sheets)
You think along with us on budget allocation, advertising goals, and strategy
You keep an eye on new tools, AI developments, and platform updates – and bring that into the team
You are the point of contact for our clients – by email and phone

Your qualifications:

A completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in e-commerce, marketing, business, or a comparable background
E-commerce is your passion and has been part of your journey long before this job posting. You bring initial relevant experience (ideally around 1.5–2 years) in Amazon and agency work and have already worked for or with sellers and vendors
You know your way around Seller and Vendor Central well and have gained initial hands-on experience with Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display – you will deepen your specialist knowledge with us
You think ahead, bring positive energy, are creative, motivated, and analytical, and you keep a cool head even in demanding situations
Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), email, and online tools
Excellent German and good English skills (spoken and written), and you are comfortable interacting with English-speaking leads
You communicate confidently with clients and are eager to keep improving your presentation skills (online and offline)
You work in a customer- and goal-oriented manner with strong self-motivation and a genuine desire to keep developing your Amazon expertise
