Broker model if you want to co-steer
Many established manufacturers consciously choose not to run their own Amazon account. At the same time, uncontrolled sales through various wholesalers often lead to an unprofessional brand presence, price erosion, and lost Buy Boxes on the marketplaces.
With REVOIC as your exclusive distributor, you close this gap. We combine the simplicity of classic B2B trade with the operational excellence of a specialized Amazon agency. You sell to us like any other major customer, we handle all end-customer logistics, marketplace handling, and professional brand building.
In European Amazon business, a lack of clear distribution structure quickly creates a patchwork: local wholesalers per country, different terms, uncontrolled price erosion, lost Buy Boxes. REVOIC consolidates this channel in one central structure
Both models take the same work off your plate. What differs is who owns the goods, who sets prices, and how much you see.

Both models can be combined for different parts of the assortment.
Not every Amazon model fits every brand. The decisive difference is not revenue, but the question: How much do you want to steer yourselves, and how much should your partner take on?
| Model | Effort for you | Inventory risk sits with | What you give up | Suitable for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| REVOIC Distribution | Very low | REVOIC | Pricing authority and channel steering | Brands that want to fully outsource Amazon |
| REVOIC Broker | Low | The brand | The operational run | Brands that need control over price and assortment |
| Amazon Vendor (1P) | Low | Amazon | Pricing authority, assortment authority, data access | Brands with stable volume products |
| Own seller account | Very high | The brand | Nothing, you do everything yourselves | Brands with their own Amazon team |
| Classic wholesalers | Low | The reseller | Control over price and presence | Not suitable for controlled brand building |
To protect your brand image and leverage full revenue potential, we aim for an exclusive distribution partnership on Amazon. We don't engage in ruinous price wars with dozens of unauthorized resellers. Successful brand building on Amazon requires reliable framework conditions:
Only through exclusivity can we reliably win the Buy Box and control sales.
We focus on Amazon's pan-European fulfillment network (PAN-EU 5 or PAN-EU 10) to make your products quickly and efficiently available across Europe.
Our primary goal as a distributor is to move your products in high volumes reliably from manufacturer to end customer.
Most wholesalers list products on Amazon and leave sales to chance. As a verified Amazon partner, we know: success on Amazon requires active care. We don't just offer your products, we take care of your brand:
We use the Amazon Brand Registry to protect your brand and clean up unauthorized product duplicates. We also implement your corporate identity (CI) with A+ Premium Content and a dedicated Brand Store on the marketplace.
Tired of competitors constantly appearing on your product detail pages? No problem. Through an agreed advertising cost allowance (co-op), we actively market your products. We protect your brand terms from third-party attacks and position your products offensively against the competition.
A product that is not available loses ranking and BuyBox and only recovers both slowly. We plan stock across all marketplaces, steer replenishment and keep your items Prime-available permanently. That is the part of the Amazon business that decides visibility and that a manufacturer can barely steer from afar.
We work in partnership. In regular reports we share brand-specific Amazon data. So you always have transparent insights into search behavior and your brand's performance.
Commercial handling with REVOIC is as simple for your accounting as classic stationary wholesale:
We buy your goods at fixed B2B terms and take on sales and inventory risk.
As distributor we calculate our margins and set the end-customer price on the marketplace independently.
You issue us standard B2B invoices, we fully handle the complex B2C payment flow with end customers and Amazon.
Ongoing account management, content care and advertising steering are included in the trade margin. There are no agency fees and no monthly flat rates.
REVOIC and your brand define assortment, markets, and purchase terms
A clear foundation, no surprises in day-to-day operations
REVOIC orders goods like a classic B2B trading partner
A familiar process for your accounting and ERP
You deliver to the agreed address or logistics structure
No end-customer logistics, no Amazon inbound rules for you
Your brand issues a standard invoice to REVOIC
Simple handling, no B2C payment flow, no Amazon transactions
REVOIC handles sales, content, ads, availability, returns, and reporting
Amazon runs, without you having to build your own seller operation
Regular brand-specific data on search behavior and performance
You see what happens on Amazon, without having to manage it yourself
Both models take the same operational work off your plate. The difference is not the price, but how much we do together and who carries the risk.
Trade relationship
We buy your goods and sell them on our own account. You supply, we handle the rest.
What you get
How we are compensated
Trade margin. No commission, no retainer, no hourly rates.
Partnership
We build your Amazon strategy together and implement it together. You remain owner of the goods.
What you get
How we are compensated
Commission on revenue, descending tiers. We earn when you sell.
In the trade relationship, more stays with you per unit sold.
Not a better price, but a smaller scope of services.
The broker model includes joint strategy and steering work.
Which model pays off for you is what we clarify in the first conversation.
Distribution with REVOIC fits when you want to open up or scale Amazon professionally, without the effort of running your own seller operation.
If you want to co-steer assortment, price and account development, the broker model is the better choice.
We clarify three points before every proposal.
From the net selling price, Amazon fees, fulfilment, storage, returns provision, inbound and advertising budget are deducted. What remains is the maximum purchase price. If your COGS sits above that, distribution is not the right model, then we talk about broker.
GPSR, EPR per target country, LUCID, plus cleared and imported goods in Amazon-ready packaging. If you sit in a third country, we first clarify whether an EU entity exists for purchasing.
Without exclusive distribution rights we cannot reliably secure the BuyBox or guarantee price stability.
Sounds like a lot? In practice we clarify this in one meeting. What is missing, we build together.
Experienced FMCG companies outsource their Amazon business to us to reduce operational B2C complexity and have their brand managed professionally.
Best Practice
As a strategic distributor we handle exclusive distribution on Amazon for Ritter Sport. We purchase goods at fixed B2B terms and manage pan-European sales. Ritter Sport benefits from a clean, brand-appropriate presence, keeps its lean B2B focus, and fully outsources B2C risk and end-customer logistics to us. Clear role separation is the decisive advantage: Ritter Sport stays in the familiar B2B model, REVOIC handles Amazon-specific complexity, from content and advertising to Buy Box security and pan-European logistics.
A clean brand presence, no own seller operation.
Best Practice
For global players like General Mills we act as a reliable partner in European e-commerce. Through central purchasing and storage in our distribution network we ensure comprehensive Prime availability, win the Buy Box, and scale the brand through targeted performance marketing. For international FMCG brands it is especially relevant that Amazon is not a classic sales channel, but an operationally demanding marketplace with its own logistics, content, and compliance requirements.
REVOIC fully takes on this complexity, across Europe, from a single partner.
In the distribution model we take on the risk as reseller and with it commercial steering. If you prefer to keep the strings in your own hands, our Amazon broker model is the right path. There we run a dedicated seller account where only your products are sold:
An Amazon distributor buys a brand's goods in classic B2B and sells them on their own account via Amazon to end customers. They carry sales and inventory risk, earn from the trade margin and handle logistics, content, advertising and marketplace compliance. For the brand, Amazon thus remains a normal trade customer.
A classic wholesaler lists products and leaves sales to chance. A specialised Amazon distributor works exclusively, secures the BuyBox, maintains content and Brand Store, runs active advertising and protects the price level. The difference shows mainly in brand presence and price stability.
With Vendor you sell to Amazon, and Amazon decides order quantities, prices and assortment. With distribution you sell to a specialised trade partner who actively builds and maintains the channel. The commercial flow is similar; brand presence care is entirely different.
In distribution we buy your goods, carry sales and inventory risk, price independently and you receive brand reporting. In the broker model inventory risk stays with you, only sold units are invoiced and you have read access to all figures. Distribution fits if you want to hand Amazon over completely.
No. In distribution ownership transfers to us on handover. That is exactly the point of the model: stock, capital lock-up and sales risk move to us; you supply and issue a normal B2B invoice.
We do. As reseller we calculate our margin and set the price on the marketplace independently. You may give non-binding price guidance; binding resale prices are not permitted under competition law.
Because otherwise the BuyBox cannot be won reliably. If several sellers offer the same item, price pressure arises, brand presence frays and ad budget is wasted. Exclusivity is the prerequisite for us to steer price level and visibility at all.
Via the exclusive distribution partnership, Brand Registry and active advertising we ensure the BuyBox reliably sits with us and uncoordinated price erosion stops. Independent third-party sellers cannot be fully prevented by anyone, but their impact can be clearly limited.
PAN-EU is Amazon's pan-European fulfilment network. Goods are stored in several countries and shipped quickly from there, improving Prime availability and visibility in all connected markets. For brands that means: sell Europe-wide without local resellers or subsidiaries per country.
Product-related compliance sits with the manufacturer: GPSR with a responsible person in the EU, EPR registrations per target country, packaging licensing, for electronics WEEE and battery law, plus labelling and approvals. We handle marketplace-side implementation and everything that arises from our fulfilment.
Retail readiness describes whether a product is set up to sell on Amazon at all: complete and search-optimised content, good images, A+ Content, correct attributes, enough reviews and stable availability. Without retail readiness every ad budget is wasted.
You issue classic B2B invoices to us like any other wholesale customer. We handle the entire B2C payment flow with Amazon and end customers. For your accounting it is as simple as stationary wholesale.
That depends on assortment, compliance situation and logistics. Brands already set up EU-compliantly with a clear assortment start clearly faster than brands without Amazon history. In the first conversation we clarify which prerequisites are met.
The distribution model is based on classic B2B terms: you sell goods to us at agreed purchase prices. There are no agency fees and no monthly flat rates; our margin is built into the purchase price. Advertising budgets for the launch phase are agreed separately.
Yes. If you want to steer certain assortment parts more yourselves, the broker model can be added. What makes sense depends on assortment, market position and internal resources.
