Senior Advertising Specialist
Verena is an Advertising Strategist at REVOIC and responsible for thousands of ad campaigns on Amazon. She always keeps an eye on all developments and innovations in Amazon Advertising. Verena has been with REVOIC since the beginning. She loves to make us happy (and chubby) with cake and chocolate. She has a big heart and is the soul of the office.
Joelina Dietrich
Senior Account Manager
Joey coordinates client projects, keeps timelines in check, and ensures everything runs smoothly inside and out. She supports the team in both strategic decisions and daily operations and is a trusted contact for many colleagues. After hours, Joey volunteers at an animal shelter and loves spending time with her dog Daya – either outdoors or at the office, where we’re always happy to see them both.
Carolin Dill
Business Development
Caro brings her extensive experience from the FMCG sector and an e-com software house to our account management. She ensures you get to know us in the first place! Caro loves bold colors and enjoys playing tennis. She’s very convincing – though she hasn’t quite managed to get the whole team into sports yet.
Daniela Heinrich
Senior Growth Manager
Dani works as an Senior Growth Manager in Content and Advertising. She enjoys creative writing and knows how to spice up even the most boring products. Dani is a total series freak – rumor has it she writes fan fiction, though we still don’t know where to find it. She used to live in Düsseldorf, but we successfully lured her to Cologne!

With his deep understanding of Amazon ads and his helpful nature, he’s become a valued team member in no time. Also, when not optimizing campaigns, he takes care of his giant cat – who we’ve only seen on video calls so far.

Olena – or Lena, as she prefers – is our creative mind for A+ content and brand stories. A Canva and Photoshop expert, she brings product images to life and makes sure each one tells a story. She has a big heart for animals and spends time with her cat Bree. And when it comes to style – no one at the office can match her!

Max supports our team wherever needed. As a trained media designer, he contributes creative ideas, attention to detail, and fresh design skills. He also sets the mood in the office as our DJ. Off duty, he’s into motorcycling and strength training – always up for a new challenge.

Speranza Coda

Speranza is a cheerful Italian who moved to Germany two and a half years ago. After an Erasmus+ in Düsseldorf, she chose Cologne for its openness and charm. As an intern, she supports us in various areas to later specialize. She trains with her sister, who is also her personal trainer, loves singing, and dreams of performing for a big audience.

Maggy brings fresh energy to our social media efforts, creating engaging content and keeping our channels lively and updated. She’s also the driving force behind our monthly newsletter. Outside of REVOIC, she enjoys time with family and friends. Her creative side shows in her spontaneous and fun tattoos!

Anna is responsible for accounting and office management. She combines analytical thinking with creativity and feels at home both with numbers and in the world of art and fashion history. Her structured approach helps her handle any challenge. In her free time, she enjoys discovering inspiring places in Cologne.

Head of Pawsitivity Assurance
With her loving nature, Joelina’s dog Daya brings a smile to even the grumpiest morning faces. When she’s not sniffing out lunch crumbs (part-time cleaner!), she spreads positivity with her cheeky attitude. Daya is our in-house stress relief expert and ensures we all take cuddle breaks.

Our Generalists
Stephan started selling phone cases on Amazon in 2012. Since then, Amazon has been his passion. He is the founder and managing director of REVOIC and an expert in hybrid Vendor & Seller models. He’s a regular speaker at conferences and coach for retailers and vendors. At REVOIC, he brings the rock music – and never misses a party. A strong guy with a heart of gold.
Trutz digs deep into Amazon, knows every interface and report, and specializes in analytics for both vendors and sellers. He’s the founder of REVOIC and the monitoring tool AMALYTIX. In 2016, he launched Germany’s first Amazon Seller/Vendor conference, AMZCON. At the office, he’s our calm anchor.
Maik is our E-Commerce Strategist at REVOIC. With over 10 years of Amazon experience (including at KW-Commerce & BerlinBrandsGroup), and having led large teams, he handles any project with ease. He refines processes and ideas, or plans the next 'expedition' – either professionally or with his kids in Ammerland. As a speaker, he shares insights and plenty of anecdotes from his hotelier days.
