Junior Amazon Account Manager / E-Commerce Consultant (m/f/d) in Cologne
Do you love coordinating projects and optimizing exciting products? We are looking for ambitious e-commerce consultants to strategically support our clients on Amazon.
Who We Are
We are an agency in the heart of Cologne that supports manufacturers and retailers in selling their products on Amazon. In our agency business we advise both large and small clients on every Amazon topic. We developed the SaaS tool AXOLIST, which makes creating SEO-optimized content for Amazon easier. We also regularly run Amazon seminars for sellers and vendors in our own conference room.
We highly value a pleasant, productive working atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and can realize their full potential. With regular team events and shared lunches, we also make plenty of time to chat about personal topics and share news.
Your Responsibilities
- Amazon account management: You independently support and advise our sellers and vendors and act as their primary contact for everything related to Vendor and Seller Central.
- Amazon marketing: You will become an advertising expert (we will train you) for Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display campaigns. You implement these for your clients and optimize ongoing campaigns.
- Amazon content optimization: Together with our content creators, you coordinate and optimize product texts and A+ content to increase discoverability and conversion across marketplaces.
- You prepare regular reports with measured and analyzed KPIs.
- You work within the team while taking responsibility for client sub-projects.
Your Qualifications
- A completed degree (Bachelor or Master) in e-commerce, marketing, business, or a comparable field with good to very good results.
- E-commerce is your passion and has been part of your journey long before this job posting. You already have experience with Amazon and have worked for sellers or vendors.
- You think ahead, bring positive energy, are creative, motivated, analytical, and you keep a cool head even in demanding situations.
- Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), email, and online tools.
- Excellent German and English skills (spoken and written), and you are comfortable interacting with English-speaking leads both in person and in writing.
- You work in a customer- and goal-oriented manner with outstanding self-motivation and a strong willingness to continue developing your Amazon expertise.
What We Offer
- A relaxed working atmosphere with a friendly, open-minded team and flat hierarchies in a beautiful office in the heart of Cologne-Ehrenfeld.
- Flexible working hours, healthy work-life balance, and home-office options so you can adapt the job to your life — not the other way around.
- Competitive salary aligned with your qualifications.
- Germany ticket, company bike, or Urban Sports Club membership.
- Organic growth: if you are a great human fit, you will carve out your space within the team and develop according to your talents and skills.
- Verena’s baking skills with delicious cakes (you won’t want to miss them).
- Regular team events (joint breakfasts and lunches, karaoke, parties, and excursions).
We look forward to receiving your application with your resume, relevant certificates, and a motivation letter explaining why you are the right fit and what motivates you to work with us, sent to jobs@revoic.com. Please also describe your Amazon knowledge and experience.
- Working hours: 30–40 per week
- Start date: immediately
