REVOIC was founded seven years ago with a clear mission: to help brands succeed on Amazon. Today, our team of 20 experts works from a beautiful office in Cologne-Ehrenfeld, supporting a diverse range of leading brands across multiple product categories. With our experience, passion, and hands-on approach, we help our clients grow and thrive in one of the world’s most dynamic marketplaces.

Meet some of our experts

Stephan started selling phone cases on Amazon in 2012 — and has been passionate about Amazon ever since. He is the founder and managing director of REVOIC and a specialist in implementing hybrid vendor and seller models. Stephan is often invited as a speaker at conferences or works as a coach for sellers and vendors. At REVOIC, he makes sure there’s always good rock music and never misses a party. He’s a strong character with a heart of gold.
Maik is our e-commerce strategist at REVOIC. With over 10 years of Amazon experience (including roles at KW-Commerce and Berlin Brands Group) and as a former leader of large teams, he steers every project with confidence. He’s passionate about refining processes, developing business ideas, or planning his next “expedition” — whether professionally or on outdoor adventures with his kids in Ammerland. As a speaker, Maik shares valuable insights along with exciting road cycling stories and countless anecdotes from his early days in the hotel industry.
Verena is an advertising strategist at REVOIC and manages thousands of ad campaigns on Amazon. She keeps a close eye on all developments and innovations in Amazon Advertising. Verena has been part of the REVOIC team from the very beginning. With cake and chocolate, she makes sure we stay happy — and maybe a bit heavier. With her big heart, she’s the soul of our office.
Max actively supports our team wherever he’s needed, bringing versatility and dedication. As a trained media designer, he enriches projects with creative ideas, an eye for detail, and fresh design expertise. He also keeps the office vibe going as our regular DJ. Outside of work, Max enjoys riding his motorcycle and is passionate about strength training — always ready for new challenges.
